Right of Withdrawal, Private Customers
If you are not content with your purchase, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day when you received the product. The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain types of products, such as products that may deteriorate or become too old, or products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons due to the seal being broken. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the standard form found here, or the form found on the Swedish Consumer Agency’s website. Send the form or an e-mail stating the order number and article number(s) of the purchase/product(s) you wish to return to shopfunctionalfoods@lantmannen.com. In case of a return, we refund the entire amount, including shipping costs, if you have selected our standard delivery method. Please note that we do not pay for return shipping costs.
Once you notify us of your cancellation of purchase, you will be contacted by Customer Service to receive further instructions on how to return your product. These may vary depending on the size of and different circumstances surrounding the relevant product. Please note that you are responsible for the return. If your handling of the product, or if the product has certain given circumstances that involve a reduction in value, we will make a deduction with an amount corresponding to such reduction in value.
Complaints, Private Customers
The Consumer Sales Act gives you the right to complaint about a product within three years, provided that the product was defective at the time of delivery. If the product you purchased has a longer warranty period, such period obviously applies. If you receive a product that is defective, we want you to contact us as soon as possible by e-mailing shopfunctionalfoods@lantmannen.com and clearly stating the order number, article number, and the nature of the defect of the product you wish to complaint about. Please note that you must notify us with information about the defect “within a reasonable time” after discovering it. A reasonable time for complaints is within two months after discovering the defect.
If your complaint leads to you returning the product, you will be contacted by our Customer Service to receive further instructions on how to return your product. These may vary depending on the size of and different circumstances surrounding the relevant product. Once we receive the product you wish to complaint about, we will decide whether the product is defective. If the product is found defective, we will refund you as soon as possible. If your complaint is approved, we will pay for shipping and expenses relating to the product you have complained about. We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if the product is found not to be defective.
