PromOat Avocado & Pea Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 level tbsp (9 grams) PromOat
- 1 avocado and 1/2 dl frozen peas (or spinach)
- 1 dl oat milk
- 1 dl apple juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
3 grams of beta-glucan per portion
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients except for the PromOat in a blender or with a hand-held mixer. Add PromOat while the mixer is running until the consistency is smooth and ready to drink. Serve immediately.
