PrOatein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 dl oat milk
- 0.5 dl apple juice
- 1/2 banana
- 1 dl frozen raspberries
- 1 dl frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsps (18 g) PrOatein
Instructions
Pour all the liquid ingredients into a mixing bowl. Add PrOatein powder, banana and berries. This is to prevent the PrOatein power from sticking to the mixing bowl. Mix at the highest speed for a couple of minutes until completely smooth. Serve as is or with your favourite topping.
