Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 level tbsp (9 grams) PromOat
- 0.75 dl oat flakes
- Half a pinch of salt
- 2 dl oat milk
- 1 tbsp plant-based yoghurt
Suggestions for toppings
- Strawberries or diced apple
- A pinch of cinnamon, 2 tbsps chopped
- pistachio nuts or walnuts
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
Mix PromOat, oat flakes and salt in a bowl or glass jar. Add oat milk and yoghurt (preferably plant-based). Stir thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serve with your choice of topping.
